Short version

GlossLink stores your glossary in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and nowhere else. We do not collect, sell, or share your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (via ExtensionPay).

What GlossLink accesses

  • Web page content — locally, only to find and highlight matches from your glossary. Text never leaves your browser.
  • chrome.storage.local — to save your glossaries, license state, and preferences.
  • ExtensionPay — for payment processing. See their privacy policy.

What we do NOT do

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no telemetry.
  • No sending your glossary or page content to any server.
  • No selling data. Ever.
